David is the current chairman of the exciting and progressive New Longton Artists Group. He has been painting for many years and has been greatly influenced by artists such as Trevor Chamberlain and David Curtis.

He enjoys the freedom and challenge of painting outdoors and often goes on trips to capture some of the best scenery that the North West has to offer.
